Overview

QiNexus is the storage backbone and folder discipline layer. It provides the durable workspace for life, projects, knowledge, data, reference material, and archive records. This structure is mapped inside your personal directory C:\QiLabs\50_QiNexus\My Drive\.

Flows

Item needs storage
  -> identify bucket/domain
  -> place in matching QiNexus location
  -> link from QiLife record when applicable
  -> archive only when inactive or historical

Structure & Table of Contents

Canonical buckets have decimal-ordered prefixes to maintain alphabetical and logical layout:
  1. 00 Inbox: Raw intake waiting for triage
  2. 01 Workbench: Active project files and working material
  3. 02 Timeline: Date-ordered chronology, journals, and logs
  4. 03 Life: Personal, household, wellness, and ops domains
  5. 04 People: Relationship, family, and support network context
  6. 05 Business: Business operations and projects
  7. 06 Finance: Money, taxes, and financial records
  8. 07 Legal: Legal matters and formal records
  9. 08 Tech: Technical systems, server configs, and operations
  10. 09 Assets: Durable asset records
  11. 10 Data: Structured datasets and exports
  12. 11 Reference: Reusable reference material
  13. 12 Archive: Historical QiNexus records
  14. 13 System: QiNexus-internal system maps and metadata
